Reunion Attendance Terms – Release of Liability
We’re so excited to celebrate with you! By attending the GHHS Class of 2000 Reunion (“Event”), you agree to the following terms designed to keep everyone safe, protected, and informed:
1. Voluntary Participation
By attending, you understand that participation is voluntary and comes with personal responsibility. You agree to take part at your own risk.
2. Release & Hold Harmless
You agree to release and hold harmless Patrick Hall, Jamie Del Fierro, the GHHS 2000 Reunion Committee, and any of their volunteers, partners, or affiliates from any claims, injuries, or damages that may arise from your attendance—whether due to accident, illness, food or drink consumption, or other unforeseen events.
3. Food & Alcohol Disclosure
Food and alcoholic beverages may be served during the event. Please consume responsibly. You are solely responsible for your choices and any consequences related to dietary restrictions, food allergies, or alcohol consumption, including arranging safe transportation if needed.
4. Health & Wellness
You acknowledge that you are attending in good health and understand that any exposure to illness (including COVID-19 or otherwise) is your own responsibility.
5. Photos & Videos
Photos and videos will be taken throughout the evening. By joining us, you’re giving permission for these to be used in reunion-related posts, promotions, or keepsakes—unless you let us know otherwise before the event.
6. Tickets Are Non-Refundable After August 7, 2025
Since we’re a grassroots effort, all ticket sales are final unless the event is fully canceled. Thanks for understanding!
